Catering Includes:   Catering Personnel for set up and clean up for a six hour event (8:00 pm – 2:00 a.m.) .  Catering includes limited china service for the dinner buffet; acrylics for hors d’oeuvres, desserts and acrylics for the breakfast service.   Catering includes linens for all guest tables and all food tables and holiday decorations for the buffet tables.   Patron is responsible for any centerpieces or decorations for the guest tables.
