CATERING TO INCLUDE: The Caterer will provide all necessary personnel for catering service set up and clean up for a four hour party with approximately one and a half hours of food service and one hour of hors d’oeuvres. The Caterer will provide linens, florals & decorations for the buffet tables and linens for all guest tables.. High quality paper and plastic dinnerware will be provided by the Caterer. The Caterer will need the equivalent of two 6 or 8’ tables for the buffet and one 6 or 8’ table for the dessert and beverage station. |
