CATERING TO INCLUDE:
The Caterer will provide all necessary
personnel for food preparation service, set up and clean up for a two
hour luau. The Caterer will provide linens and decorations for the buffet
tables. The Client will provide the linens and centerpieces for all guest
tables. The Caterer will provide all high quality paper and plastic
dinnerware. Tables and chairs are being provided by the Client and will
be set and broken down by them.
COST:
$20.00 pp (based on a minimum of 50
guests) plus Sales Tax, and Labor
