Debbie,

I can't thank Lori and Rick enough.  Their service to our club was outstanding.  We have been doing a roast for years.your presentation and food was by far the best ever.  Rick is a true master at pulling pork.  There was no fat..just great tasting pork..the sides were killer.  Lori was a whirlwind making sure that nothing ran out and everyone was happy.

Please give them my thanks or show them a copy of this email.

As the new Commodore of the yacht club it will be my recommendation that we use you again for next year.  From the Sunday morning feedback I don't think we'll even have to vote.

One condition...I must insist that you allow Lori and Rick to be our servers.  Those two are on top of their game.  Thanks so much.  I'm putting your card in the Yacht club folder.

I wanted to thank you for being so gracious and accommodating yesterday evening at Tara and Ray's reception when the extra guests took our seats.  :)

We've photographed many weddings, and you were extremely helpful and courteous, not to mention amazing a la your cooking!  The food was delicious, your staff was superb, and the service top notch.  We hope to work with you again.

Debbie  & Staff,
 
I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this email.  It has been crazy getting back to “normal” over the last month but we are finally organized and back to our regular schedules.

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful job that you and your staff did for our wedding in May.  I cannot express enough what a great job you did and how great your staff is.  I have gotten so many compliments on the food and just the organization you brought to the day.  I cannot imagine what it would have been like using someone else.  It felt like you guys really “cared” and weren’t there just for another wedding.  I don’t know that I can thank you enough.  It was an awesome day.
 
I know your business is referral driven and I will do all I can to send everyone I know to you.  It is great to watch you succeed and I hope you continue that success in 2009 and the years beyond.
 
Again, our deepest heart felt thank you on an amazing job!!  If there is anything you need as far as a future reference or anything please feel free to pass my name and contact information along.

Hi Debbie,

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job with everything at our wedding. 
We have gotten a few photos back and you are smiling in the background in
many!  The food was wonderful, the layout beautiful and we are looking
forward to eating the top layer of our cake next year.  We both enjoyed
getting to know you through all of the planning and the wedding day was
better than we let ourselves hope for!  We can't think of a thing that went
wrong, it was so much fun and we were so relaxed.  You feeding us and making
sure we had beer really helped us to relax and enjoy ourselves!

Hope all is well with you, your family and catering group.  We appreciate
all of the time, energy, thought, creativity, cooking, planning and
everything that went into make such a wonderful day and night for us!

Debbie, Tina and Gang!

Wonderful event this past Saturday at Woodlawn!  Mary (the client) was so tickled with everything!  The presentation, the food, the service!  Everything was perfectly displayed, and all the staff members were courteous and attentive to the guests needs.

I especially appreciated working with a caterer that was so efficient and prepared.  That makes all the difference in the world when you are a planner!

I look forward to our May 17th event, and many more to come!
