Hi Debbie – all I can say is WOW!! Everyone loved everything last night. The salad and chicken were a big hit! Rice and green beans also. And… the brownies were to die for!!!!
Oh my gosh they are awesome. We had plenty of food – it all worked out great. Thank you so much – it was fabulous!!!

I think one of the ladies there will be calling you – she has a holiday party – not sure of her date. Her name is Mickie Frazier.

Hi Debbie,

I attended the wedding of Allison Dilling and Tristan Bliesner last weekend. While many caterers now offer a GF option for the meal, I've never had anyone prepare me bread, much less dessert that was GF. I just wanted to say thank you and let you know how thoughtful I think that is and how much I appreciate it. Regardless of whether you have a GF family member, it's another thing to incorporate it into your work.

The bread was so moist and tasty and a couple people at our table asked to sample it and all agreed it was really good. The cupcake was just a really nice touch, as I always feel a little left out when everyone else is enjoying their wedding cake.

I just wanted to thank you for making our granddaughters [Kayla Murray] wedding a wonderful event.. The food and service was with out a doubt one of the best we have ever had.. My husband has told everyone in Rochester that this was the best he's ever had .. We have had a very busy wedding summer with 2 more to attend [all total 9 this summer] before the end of year and none can hold a candle to your great work.. Hi Deb!

I just wanted to email you and tell you that you did a FABULOUS job at our wedding! Thank you so much for everything. It looked gorgeous, the food was amazing! One of the comments I keep getting from guests is how delicious the food was and how much food there was. Everything was so juicy and well cooked. I think you definitely made some of the non-Marylanders crab converts! I know the dessert bar was a big hit, we had some very stuffed guests! Melissa did a wonderful job coordinating everything, I couldn't have asked for things to go more smoothly. The couple of weeks leading up to the wedding were a little rough and we had a lot of unexpected obstacles to deal with, I know I was pretty frazzled, so thank you for dealing with my craziness and kicking me out of the set-up and thank you for taking care of everything and seeing that it went so smoothly. I think for our guests, from everything I've been hearing, our event was very memorable and they were very impressed.

Thank you all so much for giving us such a fantastic wedding reception! I never dreamed it could turn out so well!

If you ever need anything from us in the future, a referral or whatnot, please do not hesitate to ask, this is my permanent email address and all of the other contact info you have for me is current. I know if I were having another celebration in MD I would work with you guys again definitely!

Greetings Debbie and everyone at Expressions Catering!

Thanks again for doing such a great job for us. Your prices were really reasonable, the food was excellent, and the service was all that we could have asked for and more. It was a pleasure working with you all on our wedding reception and our guests were really impressed with everything you were involved with. You all really did help take a lot of the stress out of the event and made it much easier for us to relax and enjoy "our day."

We'll certainly keep you in mind for future events, and look forward to getting to eat more of the great food at events you all cater at (that we are lucky enough to get invited to).

It seemed the staff was able to get away earlier than we had feared, and hopefully all enjoyed the free time as they certainly put in a lot of work on our behalf. Again, everything was as good as we might have asked for, and we owe you all a big THANK YOU for all that you all did for us.

I just had to write and say how pleasantly surprised I was with the experience of dealing with your catering business. I know for a fact that when in need of catering services in the future, I will definitely call on you again. First, I appreciate you for providing my group of teachers an affordable meal. Everything was tasty and my personal favorite was the sweet potato casserole. However, there was nothing left in the meatball and macaroni & cheese pans. So it sounds like those were the favorites of the majority.

Hi Debbie, where do I start? Everything was perfect from beginning to end, thank you so much for all of your care and expertise in making Elissa's wedding so special. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was so very nice. Many people told us that the food was the best catered meal they had ever eaten at any wedding. The tables looked gorgeous and there were so many extra touches like the way that the centerpieces were arranged for the ceremony and then again how you all set the hanging urns of flowers around afterwards. The buffet was arranged so beautifully and I heard many compliments about the coffee bar, that was a very special extra. Melissa did an outstanding job of keeping track of details to ensure that everything went off like clockwork. And Barb sent me an e-mail this morning and said that you all did a great job of cleaning up and the building looked wonderful this morning.
 
Thank you also for your personal attention, you were such a huge help throughout the whole process. You never hesitated to take the time to answer any questions and to assist us in making decisions, we truly appreciated your experience and know that there were many small details that we might not have considered without your input. I have told you many times that I had no concerns at all that we had chosen the right caterer and my opinion is only that much stronger. It goes without saying that if and when we are ever in need of more catering you will have our business and I am more than happy to highly recommend you to family and friends.

How can I thank you for making the worst snow storm in ages into a beautiful wedding reception for my daughter Julie. Julie was so worried that with the change in the day and people being snowed in that her reception would be ruined.

Thanks to the people at the Belair Mansion, the wedding reception was held a day late. You were flexible for us and came with a limited staff and still made things perfect for her.

I can't thank Lori and Rick enough. Their service to our club was outstanding. We have been doing a roast for years.your presentation and food was by far the best ever. Rick is a true master at pulling pork. There was no fat..just great tasting pork..the sides were killer. Lori was a whirlwind making sure that nothing ran out and everyone was happy.

As the new Commodore of the yacht club it will be my recommendation that we use you again for next year. From the Sunday morning feedback I don't think we'll even have to vote.

Special Olympics St. Mary’s County would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Deborah Hamann and Expressions Catering for her contributions to our annual Golf Tournament. This year was the first year that Ms. Hamann catered our event and we were extremely pleased.

The day went very well; Ms. Hamann arrived in a timely manner and prepared to set up for the event. The decorations that she brought with her really presented outstandingly on the banquet tables. Ms. Hamann and her staff worked very effectively displaying the food and serving the food as well. The food was prepared superbly. After the golfers had been served all was cleaned up in a very short amount of time.

Overall we appreciate all that Expressions Catering and Ms. Hamann did to make our 16th annual event a huge success.

I want to thank you for making my daughter's wedding party 'extra' special :) Everyone raved about the delicious food! My husband's teenage niece even commented on how good the green beans were. I have to say Donna is the best! From the initial phone call of placing my order to personally taking extra time to help me set up, I just can't tell you how grateful I am. She was so helpful! Without a doubt, she made the evening less stressful for everyone. I've attached a picture of the food and appetizer tables. I also want to let you know that the 2 yellow tongs Donna loaned me for the appetizers are with my mother-in-law who is going to give them to Donna's mom at next Friday's bingo.
