Wonderful event this past Saturday at Woodlawn! Mary (the client) was so tickled with everything! The presentation, the food, the service! Evertyhing was perfectly displayed, and all the staff members were courteous and attentive to the guests needs.

I especially appreciated working with a caterer that was so efficient and prepared. That makes all the difference in the world when you are a planner!

I look forward to our May 17th event, and many more to come!

Winnie and I wanted to thank all of you for your time and help in making our event very nice. I know we made many iterations to the menu and you were very helpful with your suggestions. Thank you, Debbie, for coming out in advance to review the layout of the visitor center and meeting with me.

Everyone loved the wide variety and taste of the food.

Hi Debbie,

Thank you for doing such a wonderful job with everything at our wedding.

We have gotten a few photos back and you are smiling in the background in many! The food was wonderful, the layout beautiful and we are looking forward to eating the top layer of our cake next year. We both enjoyed getting to know you through all of the planning and the wedding day was better than we let ourselves hope for! We can't think of a thing that went wrong, it was so much fun and we were so relaxed. You feeding us and making sure we had beer really helped us to relax and enjoy ourselves!

Hope all is well with you, your family and catering group. We appreciate all of the time, energy, thought, creativity, cooking, planning and everything that went into make such a wonderful day and night for us!

Special Olympics St. Mary’s County would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Deborah Hamann and Expressions Catering for her contributions to our annual Golf Tournament. This year was the first year that Ms. Hamann catered our event and we were extremely pleased.

The day went very well; Ms. Hamann arrived in a timely manner and prepared to set up for the event. The decorations that she brought with her really presented outstandingly on the banquet tables. Ms. Hamann and her staff worked very effectively displaying the food and serving the food as well. The food was prepared superbly. After the golfers had been served all was cleaned up in a very short amount of time.

Overall we appreciate all that Expressions Catering and Ms. Hamann did to make our 16th annual event a huge success.

We are looking forward to working with Ms. Hamann again next year.

First, I would like to THANK YOU and your staff at Expressions Catering, for a job well done! Second, I would like to apologize for waiting over two months to express my gratitude and appreciation. The staff was very courteous and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of. And, of course, Chef Richard was the best!

Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to eat, but I received numerous compliments on the food as well as the presentation. Again, thanks to you and your wonderful staff, for helping to make my mother's 60th Birthday Celebration a great success. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Hello, this is just a little letter to once again say THANK YOU for the wonderful job on Saturday June 2. My wife was very surprised, and very pleased. I received many compliments on all of the food and service. Your staff was helpful and courteous all night. If ever I or anyone I know ever needs a caterer, you can believe you will be at the top of my list. Hi Donna & Debbie,

I wanted to tell you that we were very happy with the food and service for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The food was very good, beef tenderloin was delicious as was the salmon and potatoes...we got compliments ..so I made sure to tell the few who asked who the caterer was - who you are. And also, thanx for apparently throwing in the surprise glass plates! I don't know if I got you worried with my questions about size but the size of those and their looks were perfect and the serving size of food was also perfect. So ...I'm very happy I went with your company and wouldn't hesitate to refer you all on.

Feb. 21, 2007 RE: Wedding on a Shoestring

Debbie/Donna,

I want to thank you for making my daughter's wedding party 'extra' special :) Everyone raved about the delicious food! My husband's teenage niece even commented on how good the green beans were. I have to say Donna is the best! From the initial phone call of placing my order to personally taking extra time to help me set up, I just can't tell you how grateful I am. She was so helpful! Without a doubt, she made the evening less stressful for everyone. I've attached a picture of the food and appetizer tables. I also want to let you know that the 2 yellow tongs Donna loaned me for the appetizers are with my mother-in-law who is going to give them to Donna's mom at next Friday's bingo. My mother-in-law will be out of town this Friday night. I hope that's ok?

I just dropped a note in the mail telling you how wonderful and perfect you made that event for my parents. You, your daughter and the rest of your team are true professionals, but more importantly, just very sweet folks! Everyone raved about you and you’re hired for anything we do in the future (once we fully recover from this of course). My only requirement is that you agree to be guest in our home and stick around until the bitter end. There were a lot of great memories made on Saturday and you were definitely part of that success. Thank you again so much for making our parent’s 50th anniversary such a success and for helping us show everyone the love we have for them! From beginning to end you where not only very professional, you where friendly and you made us both feel like part of your family. As soon as I meet you I knew you were the person to handle such an important event for us.

We where very impressed by the way you and your staff ran the entire reception, not once did we worry about what was going to take place. You made it possible for us to simply relax and enjoy ourselves. Hats off to the chef, everyone raved about how great the food was and you and your staff did a beautiful job setting up everything from the tables to our wedding cake.

Scott & I where looking at our wedding picture's the other day and noticed that in the pictures that were taken with you in them you had a huge smile. It made us feel good that we will be able to look back at them to see that.
