Who Are We?

Expressions Catering was initiated in 1999 by Debbie Gerhold. Debbie has over 30 years of food service experience and has held positions in the industry such as Catering Director and Conference Service Manager for the Quality Hotel Courthouse Plaza, Catering Sales Manager for LaFontaine Bleu and Martins Crosswinds Caterers and as General Manager for Rips Park Place, specializing in catering Large Corporate Events and Picnics.

Our specialty is our creativity and our presentation. Let us create a menu with your ideas and your budget. Our staff is very versatile. Our service is available for pick up, delivery or “full service”.
What type of affairs do we cater?

We can accommodate anything from a casual backyard BBQ to a formal business event or wedding with all the trimmings. We have a large Corporate client list providing them with business breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We cater Weddings, rehearsal dinners, family functions such as family reunions, bridal and baby showers, golf tournaments, and holiday parties just to name a few.
